Johan Sandberg, originally from Halmstad, comes with a background in physics and software development. After studying a scientific program with a focus on physics, Johan began his career at Ericsson, where he worked with everything from radiation measurement to GSM, 5G, and software development.

"I have been part of various development teams for the majority of my time, working with both programming and leadership roles," Johan shares. "I hope to contribute with my competence in C++ programming and development in general, and perhaps also help in improving our work methods and processes."

When talking about his new role as a developer at link22, Johan explains that he looks forward to taking on challenges within cybersecurity, an area he has not previously worked with.

"It feels very exciting and timely," says Johan. "I look forward to using my skills to contribute to the continued development of link22."

Magnus, originally from Linköping, has a long career in system development and leadership. He has worked at several prominent companies, including Ericsson and Saab, and has been involved in several technical development projects. Magnus has also contributed to the development of the first 5G calls in commercial networks.

In his new role as development manager at link22, Magnus will ensure that development environments and processes are operating at their best for our developers. With his previous experience and technical curiosity, he looks forward to the challenge of contributing to link22's continued growth and development.

Magnus has a strong interest in cybersecurity and looks forward to contributing to the protection of critical infrastructure and sensitive data. He strongly believes that security should not compromise functionality and that it is important to create solutions that are both secure and user-friendly.

Kristina Wibäck, an experienced project manager from Linköping, now joins our team at link22. Kristina has an impressive background with over 20 years of experience at Ericsson and seven years at SAAB. She has worked with everything from quality responsibility to development projects, product catalogs and has also acted as an administrative leader.

Kristina steps in as the project manager for link22's SAP team. She will be working with both internal support and production.

Kristina's experience in quality control will be very valuable to link22. She strongly believes in the importance of doing things right from the beginning and continuously improving the quality of the work performed. Kristina thinks that her previous work with quality control will contribute significantly to link22's work in cybersecurity. Her experience with the rapid development from GSM to 3G at Ericsson speaks of a receptivity to innovation, which is key at link22.

At link22, we view cybersecurity as a fundamental part of society's infrastructure. "We have solutions for managing sensitive information and ensuring that the right person has access to the right information at the right time," says Marcus Ekbäck - Business Area Manager at link22. This contributes not only to Sweden's defense capabilities but also ensures that information that needs to remain confidential, stays confidential.

Working in cybersecurity is not just technically challenging; it also provides a sense of contributing to something bigger. "It feels meaningful to help protect the power supply. That our food deliveries arrive as they should, that I can use public transport whenever I want," explains Marcus Ekbäck. "So much today relies on our digital infrastructure. We must be sure that it works."

A robust cyber defense is not only important for Sweden's resilience and preparedness but also for our ability to continue living our lives as usual. It is easy to take for granted that our basic societal functions will continue to always be available. Build businesses, play sports, go to the theater, and socialize with those we care about are all things that have come to rely on the digital infrastructure.

LINK Days is a two-week period filled with activities designed to give students the best possible conditions to make connections with the working world and secure summer jobs, internships, or thesis projects. We at link22 will participate in Personal Meetings on 22/11, a one-on-one meeting between a student and a company representative. Helena Gällerdal Högfeldt and Björn Knuthammar will represent us at these meetings.

Originally from Uddevalla, Anders moved to Linköping in 1998 to undertake Sweden's most challenging civil engineering program - Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering. During his time at the university, he was fascinated by one of the nation's few supercomputers located nearby, leading him to a summer job that turned into a gap year and later full-time employment. His passion for technology led him to Saab, where he spent nearly a decade as a systems engineer and developer of simulation systems.

Speaking about his new role as Solution Architect within IT-security at link22, Anders explains that his primary task will be to develop holistic solutions that meet customer requirements by integrating link22's product portfolio. With his prior experience from both Saab and Cambio, he looks forward to the challenge of finding the perfect combination of user-friendliness, and security.

Anders has a specific interest in defending critical societal infrastructure and the integrity of citizens. He believes it's crucial to create solutions that ensure our society continues to function at its best. Moreover, while link22 has extensive expertise in Windows, Anders, with his lifelong experience with Linux, will bring a new dimension to the company.

Since the company's inception, link22 has consistently strived to deliver cybersecurity without compromise. With a team of almost 30 dedicated individuals in Mjärdevi, link22 has established itself as a leading player in the cybersecurity sector, providing robust security solutions that protect both critical infrastructure and the integrity of citizens, research findings, and business secrets.

Entrusted with leading a team of 20 developers, IT architects, and project managers, this leader will drive and shape link22's technical advancements, ensuring the company's ability to deliver unwavering cybersecurity.
